If you want you can choose to allow visitors on your website to sign up to a Mailing List. Once they have joined your Mailing List, you can send them regular emails or newsletters with your latest news all from your Wizz-it control panel.

If this feature is enabled a field along with a message of your choice will appear in the footer of your website.

On the mailing list page you can show/hide the 'Subscribe to Mailing List' option from your website, customise the message that will appear on your website, view and manage your subscribers and send them an email.

NB: Due to spam regulations you cannot send more than 500 emails twice a day (1000 messages per day in total).

To access your mailing list page:

Step 1:
Click on the Settings Tab.

Step 2:
Select Mailing List from the menu drop down list..

Step 3:
Under the Mailing List Status check the Enable box if you want show the mailing list option on your website. Uncheck the box if you don't want to show it.

Step 4:
Under the Customise Label field enter the message you would like to be displayed beside the email field. If this field is left empty the default message: 'Subscribe to Mailing List' will be displayed.

Step 5:
Under Mailing List Subscribers you can see the current email addresses of your subscribers. To delete a subscriber check the box beside the email and press the Remove button. You can select all / unselect all by pressing the Select All and Unselect All links above the box.

Step 6:
To send an email to your subscribers simply check the boxes beside the email addresses you would like to send the email to (or click on the Select All link to select every email address) and press the Compose Mail button. This will display a text editor where you can create your email.
NB: If you are using images in your email please make sure that you have uploaded them to your webspace otherwise they won't show on your website.

To load a file to your webspace
To upload a file to your webspace go to the 'Upload files to your webspace' section. Then press the Browse Files button and select the image you would like to use.  Once it has appeared in the box beneath just press the Start button to start uploading it to your webspace.

PLEASE NOTE:
The format of your logo image must be JPEG or GIF. Other formats are not accepted.
The size of your logo is not limited by size so you can decided exactly how big you want it to be! 
The position of the logo on the website is dependant upon which template you are currently on.

Step 7:
Press the Send Mail button to send the email.
