To create a shop, you must first create a PayPal account for free at www.paypal.com. When you have done this, follow the instructions below.

Step 1:
Click on the Settings Tab.

Step 2:
Select the Paypal option from the drop down list.

Step 3:
Select the Paypal status to on / off depending on whether you want to turn your shop on or off.

Step 4:
Next in the Paypal account field enter the email address that you registered your Paypal account with.

Step 5:
Then select the primary currency that will be receiving fund in. Paypal will accept payments in:

* Canadian Dollars
* Euros
* British Pounds
* U.S. Dollars
* Yen
* Australian Dollars
* New Zealand Dollars
* Swiss Francs
* Hong Kong Dollars
* Singapore Dollars
* Swedish Kroner
* Danish Kroner
* Polish Zloty
* Norwegian Kroner
* Hungarian Forints
* Czech Koruny
* Israeli Shekels
* Mexican Pesos

The payment is then automatically converted to your primary currency.

Step 6:
Here you can choose an image/logo that will be displayed on the Paypal checkout page. To do this enter the name of the image in the Image URL field. Please make sure that you have uploaded it to your webspace beforehand.

To load a file to your webspace
To upload a file to your webspace go to the Manage Files page in the Settings Section. Once on the page you'll be able to see all the pictures in your webspace. To upload a file press the Upload button in the top right hand corner and press the Choose Files button in the box that appears. To select a file just click on it. To select multiple files press the control button (if using a PC) or Apple button (if using a Mac).

PLEASE NOTE:
The format of your logo image must be JPEG or GIF. Other formats are not accepted.
The size of your logo is not limited by size so you can decided exactly how big you want it to be! 
The position of the logo on the website is dependant upon which template you are currently on.

If you need further assistance, please consult your image software documentation or just ask us for help as we do not support Photoshop® or paint applications.

Step 7:
Once you have filled in all these settings you are now ready to create your shop. To do this navigate to the gallery page that you want to make into a shop or create a new gallery:
First click on the Pages Tab

Step 8:
Select the gallery you want to edit from the list or if you want to create a new one press the Add Page link.

Step 9:
The next page will display the gallery's current settings. Scroll down the page until you get to the 'Enable PayPal Shopping for this Gallery' section. Check the box if you would like to turn the gallery into a shop, or uncheck it if you would like to turn the shop off.

Step 11:
Press the Save button.

Step 12:
To enter the prices and shipping cost for each item simply go back into the gallery page you have just turned into a shop and scroll down the page to the Gallery Images section. Press the edit button beside each thumbnail image in your gallery and a box will appear asking for the item's Price and Shipping Cost (aswell as the Item's name and dimensions).

Step 13:
Enter the price of the item in the Price field, using the XX.XX format and without entering the '£' character.

Step 14:
Enter the Shipping cost of the item in the Shipping Cost field again using the XX.XX format and without entering the '£' character. If you don't want to add a shipping cost to each item, but rather as a flat postage rate based on the total amount of the purchase or based on a percentage of the total amount of the purchase log in to your Paypal account at www.paypal.com then navigate to the Postage Calculations page which is under the Profile page on the main navigation menu. On this page you can set your postage settings.

Step 15:
If you are choosing to go with the shipping costs entered beside each item in your Wizz-it control panel please make sure that you have checked the override profile postage settings box in your paypal account. To do this log in to your Paypal account at www.paypal.com then navigate to the Postage Calculations page which is under the Profile page on the main navigation menu. A the bottom of the page check the 'Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override the profile postage settings listed above' box.

Alternatively if you are choosing to go with your profile postage settings in your Paypal account make sure that you have unchecked the override profile postage settings box in your paypal account. To do this log in to your Paypal account at www.paypal.com then navigate to the Postage Calculations page which is under the Profile page on the main navigation menu. A the bottom of the page uncheck the 'Click here to allow transaction-based postage values to override the profile postage settings listed above' box.
