Common price questions

Does this price really include everything?
Yes! We're happy to offer just one amazing price model to suit everyone and give you the best service we can. You'll receive unlimited hosting, no adverts or branding on your website, email accounts, a customized domain name, our website builder and support service and e-commerce integration and much, much more, all for just one low-fixed price!		   What are your payment methods?
In order to offer you the highest service for the lowest price we accept payments for each 12 month period that you wish to use your Wizz-It website. We can accept these payments via Paypal, the safest way to transfer funds online. If for whatever reason you no longer wish to use the website, simply let us know and without any hassle your subscription will be cancelled and you will be re-funded for the remaining months. 		  Does the cost include tax? Are there any hidden costs or fees?
Yes, the £8.25 is inclusive of tax and there are of course no hidden costs for anything. All updates or upgrades you may require are provided free of charge– it's all inclusive!
         

If I choose to close my account will I lose my domain name?
No, once you sign up for a Wizz-It subscription the domain name is fully owned by you, so you are able to transfer your domain name elsewhere at anytime for free if you want.

  

Can I get a refund if I don't like it?

Yes, our contracts are month to month. We want it to be simple to start and stop your service at any time (please note this is only the website fee, unfortunately we can't re-fund your £10 domain name fee).

   How does the Wizz-It Design Team service work?
Sometimes our customers find themselves too busy to create their own website and so ask us to do it for them. If you would rather we did your website , simply tell us what you're after and we'll have our expert designers set-up your site for you. We'll add all your content, set-up the pages and menus, and most importantly use the Wizz-it design tools to get your site portraying the 'look & feel' that you're after. You'll then be able to make any changes whenever you want using our simple control panel, or you can always ask us for a hand with that at a later date once your website has been setup if you prefer.

 

 

 

Do you accept cheques?
To keep things simple our end (and yours) we currently accept subscriptions exclusively via Paypal as a means of payment. Paypal is renowned to be one of the most secure methods of online payment and you don't have to have an account to pay with them - you can just enter your card details and you're good to go.
